New community facilities coming to Emsworth with Saxon Corner
Residents in Emsworth, Hampshire, are to benefit from new community facilities - thanks to investment from Barratt Homes.
The five star housebuilder is creating a new community at its Saxon Corner development within the popular town. And stylish homes are just the start of a whole host of extra facilities coming to the area.
“We have worked closely with the local authority to identify how we can contribute to the wider community here in Emsworth,” said sales director Michelle Storer. “As part of our commitment to help further enhance local amenities, we are providing a significant investment of £639,000 towards education in the area.
“We are also providing more than £82,000 towards improving highways, as well as more than £27,000 for recreational facilities.
“With such a popular location, it’s not surprising plans for our new development are already prompting a great deal of interest. Add to that the total investment of almost £750,000 in new facilities for residents in Emsworth - and we are extremely proud of the work our team is involved in here.”
Due to launch this Summer, Saxon Corner is a collection of new one, two, three and four bedroom homes in Emsworth.
