Ten Years Strong: Business booms as instantprint set to increase workforce by 10%
instantprint has announced it is recruiting for 40 roles across different disciplines including machine operatives, junior artworkers and business development execs
The UK’s largest online printing company, instantprint, is set to expand its 400 strong team by 10% this summer with 40 brand new roles becoming available at its Manvers Way headquarters.
The Rotherham based printers recently acquired the premises next door to its current location in an expansion that sees the companies’ capacity increase by 45%, with the new floorspace being utilised to house the new starters and also the £6.5m of new technology that has been invested in.
Not only is there a wide variety of roles available, the team recently revealed that the contents of a CV are not a priority when hiring new colleagues, instead opting for personalities that will enhance the office environment – even going as far as accepting business cards as a form of postal application.
The forthcoming summer recruitment drive has been timed to prepare the printing company for peak trading in September which will see an increase in the size of its manufacturing, sales, design and customer services teams. Applicants can find the full list of roles on the Bluetree Group recruitment page or can apply via Reed Jobs where full details including salary and job perks are available.
Instantprint is not only celebrating its success by growing its workforce to over 400 colleagues, but this year sees the company hit the ten-year milestone, with plenty of exciting developments and the arrival of their tech investments planned for later in the year.
Jon Constantine-Smith, Head of instantprint, said; “Our team continues to go from strength to strength and with a positive working culture and an attitude focused recruitment process at our core we are certainly doing something right and we are incredible proud of what we have achieved so far.
“With a variety of different job opportunities available we know that we are making a difference to the local community and are excited to extend the instantprint family.” Successful applicants will be working for an award-winning company that has won the Sheffield Business Award for Company of the Year 2018, in addition to appearing in the Virgin Sunday Times Fast Track 100 ranking for 2 consecutive years.
