'Ultra-prime' commercial space offering opens on prestigious Mayfair street
Clivedale London has revealed the launch of 73-77 Brook Street in Mayfair.
This is said to be a premium new commercial office building for letting, and will combine with 73 Brook Street - Clivedale’s headquarters and the developer’s first completed commercial building - to create 31,500 sq ft of commercial office space.
Arranged over eight floors, 73-77 Brook Street is set to become a significant spot for commercial office space in Mayfair, and the capital itself.
Tarun Tyagi, CEO of Clivedale London, said: “73-77 Brook Street represents and illustrates Clivedale’s core focus to service the needs and requirements of the Global UHNW consumer.
“73-77 Brook Street will be without doubt Mayfair’s ultimate business address. Prime Central London remains our core focus and as we broaden our involvement from residential to commercial and hotel sectors, we are confident in and committed to the capital’s future outlook and recognise there is continued demand for prime real estate.”
The launch of 73-77 Brook Street comes in the same week that the London market is, according to Aviva Investors, the European city that will experience the greatest future demand for office space across the continent.
Located between New Bond Street and Grosvenor Square, Brook Street is close to Hyde Park and retailers, hotels, galleries and fine-dining establishments.
