Fresh faces for growing business change consultancy
Birmingham-based business change consultancy, Entec Si, has demonstrated its commitment to investing in talent at all levels, with three strategic appointments.
With five years’ experience of delivering projects for a range of organisations, and following her achievement of a widely-recognised PRINCE2 project management qualification, Nykita Mistry has been appointed as a project coordinator at the firm.
Further bolstering the firm’s capabilities, Anita Devi joins the team as a project support officer following a successful career in media, where she managed post-production projects for a national television company.
Following the launch of Entec Si’s new apprenticeship programme earlier this year, Sofia Caputo has also joined as a project support apprentice. Sofia is looking forward to building on her existing skills, with the ultimate goal of progressing through the business to become a project manager.
All three new recruits will benefit from the business’ newly established Academy, introduced to allow upcoming talent to broaden their skills, gain experience and progress their careers.
Peter Marsden, principal consultant at business change consultancy, Entec Si, commented:
“As a rapidly growing consultancy, snapping up skilled people is vital to achieving our commercial objectives, and continuing to exceed clients’ expectations. However, we also appreciate the importance of adopting a grassroots approach to nurturing the next generation of project management professionals.
“With support from our new Academy, we look forward to supporting Nykita, Anita and Sofia as they progress through the business and I’m sure they will prove to be invaluable members of our expanding Entec Si family over the years to come.”
