Stafford Audi Aftersales 100% Audi Accredited
Looking after prestige cars is a highly specialist job and Stafford Audi is celebrating after Lydia Haycock and Leigh Taylor two of their Service Advisors became fully Audi accredited.
Head of Business, Kevin Cunliffe explained, “The role of Service Advisor is an extremely important one, you’re helping the customer understand what the technician is going to do or has done to their car and thus it’s extremely important that everything is fully explained, but in a way that’s helpful to the customer”.
“It’s one thing doing your job, but quite another taking exams; so, this is a real achievement for Lydia and Leigh and great for Stafford Audi; our team is not only friendly and helpful, but is now 100% Audi accredited, ensuring our customers receive really top-notch service from our highly knowledgeable team”, added Kevin.
Stafford Audi is part of family-owned and run Swansway Motor Group and Lydia Haycock, who lives in Madeley and has been with the business since May 2018, “I’ve worked for a few different companies, but Swansway is the best; everyone was so welcoming when I first started and there’s a great family feel”,
“Everyone is so supportive of each other and that’s has helped so much in getting me used to the brand and helping me achieve Audi accreditation”, added Lydia.
Leigh Taylor, from Newcastle, has been with Swansway 5 years, in a number of different roles, as he explained, “The great thing is there are plenty of opportunities in different departments and I’ve worked with many team members who have been promoted, which goes to show that the company likes to promote from within”.
“Looking after customers and making sure that they’re happy can be challenging some days but it’s something that I really enjoy”, added Leigh.
Swansway Motor Group recently won the Motor Trader Dealer Group of the Year Award 2019 and represents 14 brands from 20 locations.
