Karol celebrates double hat-trick in awards shortlist!
Leading North-East PR agency, Karol Marketing, is looking to maintain its reign as the most-awarded PR agency in the region having been shortlisted six times in the upcoming Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) North-East PRide Awards.
A restaurant launch for an up-and-coming pizza brand Pizza Punks, PR support for the Great Exhibition of the North and a bespoke brochure design for leading textiles brand Ventile fabrics are among the agency’s shortlisted entries. Karol is also the only agency to have been shortlisted in the Outstanding Small PR Agency category.
Recognising the outstanding talents and achievements of public relations practitioners across the UK’s regions and nations, the CIPR Pride Awards are the most prestigious and rigorous awards of their kind.
The agency, which has recently been appointed by Durham Wildlife Trust and Alnwick Music Festival, has scooped no less than 12 CIPR PRide awards in the last three years. It is hoping to continue its track-record of success at the CIPR North East’s awards evening on Friday 6th December.
As well as the Outstanding Small PR Agency shortlisting, Karol has also been:
• Twice shortlisted in the Best Use of Social Media award category for leading outdoor equipment manufacturer Vango, and the launch of Pizza Punks Newcastle
• Shortlisted in the Not for Profit and Regional Campaign of the Year award categories for its work publicising the Great Exhibition of the North
• Shortlisted in the Best Publication category for its design of a Ventile fabrics brochure telling the story of the brand’s unique heritage, complete with a bespoke cover made to look like a Ventile jacket
