Taylor Rose opens its first North East branch in Stockton-on-Tees

Joanne Clark opens the Stockton branch of Taylor Rose after just two years.

Specialising in residential property law, Joanne and her team at Taylor Rose Stockton already has a dedicated client base in the region. Joanne is the sole director of the independently owned regional branch, making it the tenth in the portfolio and first Taylor Rose in the North East; although Joanne has ambitious plans to rapidly expand into Durham, York and Leeds.

Joined by long standing clients and referrers alike, the Stockton branch was officially opened on Friday 12th July by the Mayor of Stockton, Councillor Lynn Hall who said: “It gives me great pleasure to be here and witness the growth of local business. I am aware of Joanne’s ambitious plans to expand and this is a pivotal point in the business.”

In just two years, Joanne has grown the business to six members of staff from its base in Church Road’s Gloucester House. Being recognised as its own branch is sure to support Joanne’s drive to grow the business whilst maintaining the excellent reputation of her team.

Praised for their rapid response time and depth of expertise with clients repeatedly stating: “I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my conveyancing needs.”

Kevin Mahoney of Bespoke Teesside said: “It is important to us that we are able to fully trust anyone we refer our clients to; our reputation relies on it. I have been confidently referring my clients to Joanne for 15 years now and she has always exceeded expectations.”

With representation on all mortgage panels for every lender, Taylor Rose Stockton has an unrivalled position within the region.

Long standing client Tony Burns from estate and letting agency Eazymove Estate Agency counts Joanne as a trusted, reliable resource: “The fact we have been working with Joanne for 14 years is testament to the level of service she provides. She is a reliable solicitor who supports our clients to completion stage via a professional and thorough service.”

As Stockton reinvents itself as a centre for business, Annette Nylund, business and enterprise officer at Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council added: “It’s great to see Joanne’s business thriving in the region. Stockton has many business successes to speak of and Joanne and her achievement within such a short time should be recognised amongst them.”
