Best Western adds Crown & Mitre Hotel in Carlise to its portfolio
Best Western GB has announced the arrival of the latest Peel Hotel, Crown and Mitre Hotel in Carlisle to join its Sure Hotel Collection brand, growing its portfolio to over 260 independent properties.
Following its strongest six-month hotel recruitment performance in recent history, Best Western has now launched 11 hotels in 2019, with ambitious targets for the remainder of the year. This sees a continuation of a record-breaking period for the business, with 2018 representing the highest number of annual activations and a second consecutive year of growth of hotel numbers.
Crown & Mitre Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western is the fourth Peel Group property to be launched within the Best Western portfolio, following the activation of the Midland Hotel, Bradford. The remaining five Peel Hotels properties will join Best Western GB later this year.
