Synergy Recruitment makes move to Orbit's Beechfield House
Cheshire’s Synergy Recruitment, headed up by Marie Williams-Spalding and Yasmin Bentley, have moved to a new office at Orbit Developments’ Beechfield House, Macclesfield.
Just nine months after launching Synergy Recruitment, the team’s move to Beechfield House will give them more space and room to recruit a new member of staff, to support them to develop the business further.
Benn Dickinson of Orbit Developments said: “As Synergy’s landlord, we were delighted to help them expand operations in Beechfield House. They are an ambitious and fast-paced business, so it’s no surprise they needed more office space in such a short time frame. They are a delight to work with and we wish them well on the next stage of their growth journey.”
Marie and Yasmin set up the business in October 2018, with the key aim of putting the personal element back into recruitment. They recruit commercial office staff for SMEs across Cheshire and South Manchester, on a permanent, contract and temporary basis.
Marie said: “When we set up last October, we never could have dreamed that we’d be in the position we are in now, after just 9 months! We absolutely love our new office and hope to find the right person to fill our third desk soon!”
Yasmin added: “In the time we’ve been open, we’ve placed 35 candidates into jobs and have received over 20 5-star Google Reviews. We couldn’t be happier and still pinch ourselves daily!”
When asked what they attribute their success to, they said: “We’re just two local women who genuinely care about getting things right for our clients and candidates. We wanted to set up a recruitment business that puts people first - before numbers and KPIs – and the feedback we’ve been receiving so far has shown we’re getting something right!”
