Millfield Estates welcomes trio of new lettings to its Cheshire estate
Millfield Estates has announced a trio of new lettings worth over £65,000 to its prominent industrial property in Cheshire - Kingfisher Court, Northwich.
Comprising eight light industrial/warehouse units totalling 12,191 sq ft, Kingfisher Court welcomes nationally-recognised storage company, MDW Logistics, to its 1,572 sq ft Unit 7, with the firm signing a lucrative three-year lease. The tenancy agreement for Unit 7 was brokered by Savills on behalf of Millfield Estates.
Electrical and building maintenance contractors, Entire Business Group Ltd, has acquired the 1,060 sq ft Unit 2, also signing a three-year lease.
Finally local fitness operator, Boogie Bounce Northwich, has acquired the adjoining 1,055 sq ft Unit 3, again signing a three-year lease.
Paul Dobson, property director for Millfield Estates, commented:
“After a short but intensive marketing period, we are celebrating the successful re-letting of three units at Northwich’s popular Kingfisher Court.
“The availability of space at the site, which forms part of Denton Drive Industrial Estate, generated an unprecedented level of demand from prospective tenants, meaning that the units could have been filled three times over.
“We would also like to thank Savills for their co-operation in helping to get the Unit 7 letting over the line in such a swift manner and look forward to working with them again in the future.”
