Dave Jones named site manager for new homes development in Loughor
Dave Jones has been appointed as site manager at Barratt Homes’ new development in Loughor, where work is underway to create a community of three and four bedroom homes.
He will be responsible for overseeing construction at the site, liaising with construction workers, subcontractors and suppliers. Dave will also play a key role in mentoring local apprentices working on this latest new community.
He said: “I’m delighted to be working on these superb new home designs here at Chapel Fields. I take great pleasure in making sure those who buy the houses we build are 100 percent happy with their purchase.
“Listening carefully to their needs and ensuring that everything is just right for them is hugely important. I have a great team here in Loughor and overseeing a safe site that is a great place in which to work is also a key part of my role.
“Progress is good and we’re all looking forward to opening the doors to what will be an impressive new community at Chapel Fields.”
Barratt Homes managing director Steve Williams said: “We are delighted to have Dave at the helm of our new development and know he will do a stellar job. Site managers such as Dave play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality new homes and it is this quality which should inspire confidence in our buyers.”
Chapel Fields offers a range of spacious homes in a peaceful setting, just 15 minutes outside Swansea city centre. The development is expected to attract buyers with different lifestyles - from first time buyers and families to those looking to retire.
