Document and Software Solutions Company Relocates to New Cardinal Business Centre Headquarters

Midlands-based document and software solutions company Docuflow has relocated its head office to Cardinal Business Centre, the new serviced office scheme based at Cardinal Square in the city.

The independent UK MPS, software and digital transformation solutions company made the decision to relocate its operation following a period of sustained growth and significant recent contract awards including being added to the UK Government framework for their digital transformation projects.

The West Point of the Cardinal Square office building was the subject of a major refurbishment programme in late 2018 to create 4,500ft2 of hi-spec serviced office space. The new Cardinal Business Centre offers flexible leases and can accommodate any configuration, from single office suites up to a whole wing of 6,436ft2.

The new facility is fully furnished and is equipped with phones, super-fast broadband connectivity and full air conditioning.

This is complemented by a full range of business support services, including a managed reception area staffed by an experienced customer service team who handle phone calls, and administration, along with IT support and on-site security with CCTV monitored 24/7.

A new kitchen and break-out area has been created and a number of hi-spec meeting and seminar rooms are available for use by tenants.

A virtual office facility is also available, allowing sole traders and microbusinesses to have a prestigious Derby address and telephone number, with all calls answered and forwarded.

The new Cardinal Business Centre met Docuflow’s precise needs and will give it the scope to cope with future expansion too.

Established in 2011, Docuflow provides clients with on-site, off-site and cloud-based software solutions and partners with best of breed technology leaders such as Ricoh, Sharp, infoRouter and Esker to provide innovative document services to clients across the UK.

Commenting on the move, Chris Rowlands, director of Docuflow, said:

“We were really impressed with the facilities at Cardinal Business Centre. As a document and software solutions company, having hi-tech facilities is important for our day-to-day business and the new managed workspace has everything we need as we move into the next phase of our expansion over the next 12 months.

“We have settled in really well here and the central location is proving a real plus for our staff and clients.”

Philip Stone, manager at Cardinal Business Centre, added:

“We’re pleased to welcome Chris and his team to Cardinal Business centre. We have worked very hard to create an environment that will attract dynamic businesses and are pleased to hear that we have Docuflow’s needs.

“Here at Cardinal Square we offer the broadest range of quality workspace and flexible leases in the city with the option to contract or expand as businesses require. Our full range of business support services are designed to meet business’ individual needs, so we really can cater for everyone with our unique and adaptable office space solutions.”
