Independent beauty salon expands in Altrincham
Buff Nail and Beauty studio which opened two years ago is expanding and moving into larger premises at 97 Manchester Road, Broadheath, Altrincham.
It has taken a five year lease on the 750 sq ft at a rental of £11,400 per annum.
Proprietors, Lois Payne & Lauren Butterfield, said: “Although, we only opened two years ago the business has been very successful and we now have a loyal clientele and need larger premises. The new outlet on the corner of Woodfield Road and Manchester Road may be just a few doors down the road but the increased floor space and the newly refurbished accommodation will provide an enhanced ambience for our clients and enable us to meet the growing demand for appointments”.
Daniel Lee, director, Regional Property Solutions, who acted for the landlord, a private individual, said: “The landlord who owns both these outlets was delighted to facilitate the tenant’s growth and has carried out the refurbishment works to suit their requirements”.
