Rhodar Homeworks wins national contract with Direct Line Group

Rhodar Homeworks, the specialist housing division of Rhodar, one of the UK’s leading asbestos removal and enabling works companies, has signed a long-term framework contract with Direct Line Group to provide a nationwide service to its domestic policy holders.

The contract will see Rhodar Homeworks’ specialist team providing comprehensive sampling, testing and asbestos abatement services. It will provide a 24/7, 365 days a year service from its 14 locations across the UK.

Rhodar has previously been contracted to provide services to Direct Line Group, and this latest framework appointment underlines the company’s unrivalled industry expertise, spanning over 40 years, and the breadth of services it offers.

Rhodar Homeworks’ Customer Service Team will manage the end-to-end process for Direct Line Group’s customers, ensuring swift action and resolution of situations where suspected asbestos-containing materials are present within a property. Onsite operatives will utilise tablet-based technology to provide fully networked, paperless job planning, tracking and reporting across multiple locations simultaneously.
