PCI Pal shortlisted for further industry awards

PCI Pal® has been announced as a finalist in two further industry awards, having already been recognised for five awards this year alone.

The Computing Technology Product Awards has shortlisted PCI Pal in two categories; ‘Best Enterprise Security Product’ and ‘Best Cloud Security product’ categories; in addition the CIR Risk Management Awards has recognised PCI Pal in its ‘Cyber Security Product of the Year’ category.

PCI Pal’s Agent Assist payment security solution is the focus of each nomination; it enables organisations - both nationally and internationally – to securely handle Cardholder Not Present payments within contact centre environments.

By using DTMF masking technology, organisations securely transact payments, while also complying with the PCI DSS guidelines.

Jane Goodayle, VP Global Marketing for the secure payments provider to contact centres said, “This year, our Agent Assist payment security solution has been shortlisted for five awards, and we are delighted to be recognised once again for the work we are doing in supporting organisations in securing telephone-based transactions.”

“By using Agent Assist, our clients have peace of mind that sensitive customer data is being handled in the most safe, secure and compliant way, and no payment data enters their environment. This provides safeguards that, in the event of a potential data hack or cybersecurity threat, no payment card data can be accessed. We are extremely proud to have been recognised by the judges and now look forward to the two award ceremonies later this year.”

The Computing Technology Product Awards are decided by the readers of Computing who can vote for their favoured products – voting will open soon. The winners will then be announced at a formal ceremony on Friday 29th November at The Montcalm in Marble Arch, London.

The winners for the CIR Risk Management Awards will be revealed on Wednesday 6th November at the London Marriott Hotel in Grosvenor Square, London.
