Benenden Health to provide health and wellness support to Grafton Recruitment
Leading health and wellbeing provider, Benenden Health, has been appointed to provide business healthcare to one of the largest recruitment companies in Northern Ireland.
Grafton Recruitment approached Benenden Health to bolster its healthcare provision as part of an overall reward package to more than 175 employees, having been attracted by the range of services provided by the UK’s most trusted provider of corporate healthcare, including its GP 24/7 and mental health helplines.
Founded in 1973, Grafton Recruitment is one the largest recruitment companies in Northern Ireland, specialising in servicing both private and public sector businesses, providing professionals across more than 20 sectors.
Benenden Health is a not-for-profit society with a UK-wide membership of over 800,000, founded in 1905 to bring people together to help pay for medical care when they might need it. Today, it has a mission to support businesses by providing an affordable healthcare alternative that helps keep employees feeling happy, healthy and valued.
Tina McKenzie, CEO of Grafton Recruitment, said: “We are keen to remain an employer of choice and wanted to provide our employees with the best benefits package possible.
“Our experience to date with Benenden Health has been excellent. I’ve had staff writing to me to thank me and some have stopped me to say how overwhelmingly happy they are with the new scheme.”
Melissa Hunter, Business Development Manager at Benenden Health, added: “The partnership between Benenden Health and Grafton has been developed to support employees’ tailored health and wellbeing requirements, which in turn can lead to a positive impact on morale, staff retention and productivity.
“We are firm believers that a happy and healthy workforce is a productive and loyal workforce and we are seeing increased interest in our business proposition across the UK, as firms seek added value in healthcare packages both financially and in terms of service provision.”
