Homes Handed Over to Pulborough's Newest Residents

Latimer, the development arm of Clarion, the UK’s largest housing association, has announced it has reached a major milestone at its Pulborough development, with first homes completed and keys handed over to the town’s newest residents this week. Buyers of new homes at Brookfields, the 119 home scheme off Stane Street, will be able to move in on Monday 16 September.

With fittings and high-spec appliances included as standard, the development, which comprises of two, three, four and five-bed homes, is aimed at first-time buyers making their first steps to home ownership and young families looking for high-quality builds in open green space.

Sam Truman, sales manager at Latimer, commented: “This is a major milestone for the scheme. It’s been fantastic to watch the first phase of the development take shape over the past few months and we’re looking forward to seeing the new residents move in to their homes next week.

“Brookfields, like all Latimer schemes, has been designed with the long-term sustainability of the community in mind. By offering high-spec homes with transparent pricing, we hope many first-time buyers will be able to put down roots in Pulborough who might have previously felt alienated from home ownership in the South East.
