Roccia Scoop North West ‘Business of the Year’ Award
Luxury tile, bathroom and kitchen company, Roccia, have scooped this year’s BIBAs “Business of the Year” Award.
Run by the North and Western Lancashire Chamber of Commerce, the BIBAs (Be Inspired Business Awards) are highly prized by the Lancashire business community.
Hosted at the glittering Blackpool Tower Ballroom last Friday, the awards evening got into full swing with Jason Donovan entertaining the nominated short-list of entrepreneurs.
Established 25 years ago, Roccia is a family business with a strong heritage of supplying quality products to homeowners and specialist tradespeople. This year’s award builds on last year’s success, when Roccia received the 2018 BIBA “Medium Business of the Year” Award.
Zabir Patel, Managing Director at Roccia, said he was delighted to win a BIBA Award for the second year running.
“This year marks our 25th Anniversary and we cannot think of a more exciting and fitting way to mark this milestone celebration. The Roccia team are immensely proud to have won this award, especially when we consider the strength of the other regional nominees.
He went on to add,
“As the UK’s largest independent tile showroom, we pride ourselves on providing first-class customer service from initial design consultation to final home installation. Attention to detail is something that our customers truly appreciate.”
In recent years, Roccia, who have showrooms in both Preston and Bolton, have expanded their business heartland of high-quality wall and floor tiles, to offer a range of kitchen and bathroom suites and fixtures.
This successful strategy has resulted in unprecedented growth with Roccia relocating its distribution to a separate site to pave the way for expansion of the Preston showroom.
