Leeds architecture firm on track to bring 'hundreds' of affordable homes to UK

Leeds-based Brewster Bye Architects has been appointed onto seven frameworks that could deliver hundreds of ‘affordable’ UK homes in the next year.

In recent months, the company has been appointed onto construction frameworks by Home Group, Leeds Federated Housing Association, Housing 21, Places for People, Sanctuary Housing Group, ICNW, and Reallies, which is part of EN:Procure.

These latest projects have followed on the back of Brewster Bye designing over 1,000 homes in the last 12 months alone.

The company is also said to be consolidating its position with several contractors in the ‘affordable housing’ sector, including working on major projects with Galliford Try, Mears, Engie and Esh Construction.

The company has worked for sectors including the office and industrial sectors, as well as on community projects for the education, health and community enterprise and arts.
