Manchester business celebrates fifteen years of putting people first
A Manchester-based HR provider is celebrating fifteen years in business this week and has set its sights on becoming the region’s leading provider of outsourced HR.
Charlotte Dean, founder of Altrincham-based P3 People Management, set up the business in 2004 with a determination to show SMEs that by putting their employees first, they can increase the profitability of their business.
Over the last fifteen years, Charlotte has grown the business significantly, largely through reputation and referrals, and has seen a steady increase in revenue. P3’s team of ten HR advisors and consultants have worked with more than 150 businesses across Greater Manchester which, between them, employ over 9,000 employees.
Charlotte, Dean, Founder and Director of P3 People Management, said: “Over the years we have had our successes and challenges, yet we have continued to retain and grow our client base. In fact, over 65% of our clients are retained businesses from the professional services sector as well as from manufacturing, engineering and retail. Our service offering has matured and expanded over the years so that we truly are a holistic HR service for SMEs.
“The team of advisors and consultants we have built is incredible and our continued success would not have been possible without their knowledge, skill, commitment, enthusiasm and patience. We truly have the best team in town.
“We’re very excited about the future and have great ambitions for the business. Ultimately, our goal is to become the outsourced HR provider of choice in the North West and with the team we have built, I am very confident we will get there.”
