Plans unveiled for new 16,000 sq ft office and warehouse facility in West Yorkshire town
Commercial interiors firm Ultimate (Commercial Interiors) Ltd is building a new 16,000 sq ft building and warehouse facility in West Yorkshire.
The space will contain a head office, showroom and warehouse, and is due for completion this December.
It has been purposely designed and built following the business identifying the need for a destination in which users, architects, designers and project managers can use for projects.
Ultimate Ltd is currently based in Silsden and has regional offices in Manchester, Newcastle and Liverpool.
Founded in 2002, and having experienced growth due to it being a client-focused contractor, it has completed projects for many clients including CEG, Ove Arup & Partners, Skipton Building Society and Walkers Snack Foods.
Company owners Mark Hickey, Mark Naisbitt and Dan Platt advised that “the showroom will be the go-to destination in the North for commercial interiors, not only housing the biggest range of products in the industry but also the trusted expertise of our team.
“We want the client experience to be a journey from the moment they walk into the building.”
The space will have zones showcasing the current trends within the commercial industry including modern office furniture ranges and a Materials Lab with samples of interior finishes.
In addition, there will be a working open-plan office and café culture, with presentation areas, operational zones, a mock-up hotel bedroom and bar area.
The directors added: “We are extremely excited for the future and opportunities that this new space will present. Since 2015, the company has seen a significant growth of 115 per cent and it seems only fitting to celebrate this with the opening of the new showroom.
“The new HQ will aid us in our plan of achieving a £20m turnover by 2021.”
