London-Based Marketing Specialists Create New TV Commercial for Zero Emissions Vehicle

Iconic British car manufacturer MG Motor has launched a new animated television commercial for their first-ever electric vehicle, the MG ZS EV, with the help of London-based automotive marketing specialists PHM Group.

Using a combination of beautifully animated storytelling and 3D modelling, the ad showcases the new MG zero emissions vehicle and airs across ITV Network and ITV Hub this month, until the 28th October.

PHM Group conceptualised the piece by homing in on MG’s core brand values; family, fun, value and storytelling. The result is a modern and light-hearted commercial that encompasses the affordability, advanced technologies, design and family sized practicality of the MG ZS EV, while encouraging people to make the transition to a zero emissions vehicle.

Following the announcement of their record-breaking start to 2019, MG is keen to maintain this momentum and further strengthen their position as the fastest-growing car manufacturer in the UK, with the new electric model already exceeding expectations.

With this in mind, PHM Group developed the new ad with a strong focus on appealing to MG Motor target customers and delivering the ‘electric is for all’ message, as well as supporting MG in achieving their key commercial objectives for the year.
