New 'affordable and simple' pizzeria soon to open in Shoreditch
The multi-award-winning team behind pizza company Made of Dough are launching a new pizzeria this November in Shoreditch.
Made of Dough is set to launch Roma Pizza on Thursday November 7, on Brick Lane. It will offer cocktails and pizza made using a mixture of organic ingredients. A vegan menu will also be on offer.
Inspired by the company’s visits to Rome, Made of Dough’s aim is to sell pizza that is traditionally ‘affordable and simple’.
Roma Pizza’s founder, Ed Sandeman, said: “With Brexit round the corner and winter looming, we thought we’d do something to raise people’s spirits - pizzas for a fiver.”
Made of Dough began in 2015 and has since opened sites in Brixton, Peckham, Fulham and Swingers.
A soft launch for Roma Pizza will run from November 7-10.
