Omnia Property Group welcomes Tom to the team
SHEFFIELD property management specialist Omnia Property Group has appointed a new Health, Safety and Compliance Assistant.
Tom Simmonds, who is 26, studied for an HND in Real Estate and then gained a BSc degree in Construction Project Management from Sheffield Hallam University.
Originally from Windermere in the Lake District, he comes to Omnia from Henry Boot.
“We are delighted to welcome Tom to the team,” said Omnia Managing Director Joanne Race.
“He will be monitoring health and safety across our growing national portfolio and also focusing on ensuring that all our building - be they student, residential, block management or commercial - are fully compliant at all times.
“We are certain that he will make an excellent addition to the Omnia team.”
