Downing welcomes latest new tenant to No.1 Old Hall Street
Commercial Landlord, Downing, has welcomed a new tenant, Anna Rose, to its flagship No.1 Old Hall Street building.
Anna Rose is a qualified counsellor who specialises in loss, bereavement, redundancy and work-related issues. She will be basing her practice from a second floor Flexi-Office within the building. Anna’s suite will be a safe, accepting and non-judgemental space where person-centred counselling can take place.
Elsewhere in the building, several existing tenants have renewed their leases at Downing’s all-inclusive Flexi-Office suites. Fast-growing employment agency Building Careers Ltd has renewed its contracts for two suites. While property company Wildheart Residential Management, professional services firm Courtney Reed Group Ltd, chartered accountants Wilson Henry LLP and therapist Sallie Jane Lambert have all renewed their leases.
Downing’s Flexi-Office suites are suitable for one to 20 people. Customers based at the Flexi-Offices benefit from full privacy and shared kitchen facilities, complete with high specification finishes. With each suite fitted to the highest quality and fixed, all-inclusive monthly packages available, tenants can focus on achieving their long-term business aspirations, and enjoy an outstanding location in the heart of Liverpool’s thriving business district.
John Clegg, Head of Property Management, said: “We’re thrilled to be welcoming Anna Rose to No.1 Old Hall Street. As a highly qualified counsellor, she will provide a valuable service and enhance the wellbeing of our local community and we look forward to seeing her practice thrive.
“Downing is committed to enabling companies to grow and expand with flexible, comfortable and convenient workspace. With new tenants arriving and existing businesses renewing, we couldn’t be more pleased with the continuing success of the suites and look forward to welcoming more businesses to grow with us.”
Work has recently completed on a brand new, 5,100 sq. ft., Grade A, office suite within the building. It is located directly off a new reception, with its own feature portal entrance and will deliver a bright and modern workspace for a new tenant to base their operations in one of the city’s most prestigious locations, facing directly onto Old Hall Street and opposite
Mersey Rail’s Moorfields station entrance, at the centre of the Commercial District. The building’s newly expanded and refurbished entrance and reception facilities, feature a new waiting area and concierge lobby, new male, female and accessible WCs and a shower area.
