Key promotion at leading property consultancy Fisher German

A leading property consultancy is looking to grow its influence in the South East by making a key promotion at its Bedford office.

Rebecca Ruck Keene will head up Fisher German’s rural team in the South Central region, which consists of the areas around its offices in Bedford, Banbury and Thame.

Rebecca will aim to grow the firm’s influence in the region, especially in the Oxford Cambridge corridor where a lot of development is set to take place. Services provided by Fisher German’s rural team include estate management, valuation, agribusiness consultancy, landlord and tenant, and compulsory purchase advice.

Rebecca said: “There are all sorts of opportunities for landowners and farmers in this area of the country as a result of the relatively high population density and good communication and infrastructure networks.

“As a leading property consultancy with highly experienced people, Fisher German is best placed to help landowners and farmers make the most of the opportunities available to them.

“Our next step is to develop an overarching strategy for the rural teams in Bedford, Banbury and Thame to work closely with each other to maximise our effectiveness.

“I’m really looking forward to working with the team to expand our reach in this key region.”

Rebecca joined Fisher German in 2007 as a rural surveyor after switching from a career in accountancy. She became a Partner in 2016.
