Real Stone & Tile win six figure contract with Linear Construction
Cheadle-based Real Stone & Tile has been contracted by Linear Construction to supply bathrooms and tiles for its latest luxury development in Astbury, near Congleton, Cheshire.
Located on the perimeter of the picturesque Astbury Mere Country Park, Mere View offers a wonderful space for those who love the great outdoors, comprising of nine, three-storey family homes. Each four bedroom property boasts uncompromising views of the natural landscape and is complete with bespoke kitchens and contemporary fittings throughout.
Real Stone & Tile has specified for 36 rooms in total, including the hallways, living and dining floors as well as the family bathrooms, en-suites and downstairs cloakrooms.
The contract has a retail value of over £120,000 and features over 1200 sqm of Italian porcelain tiles and the latest design-led baths, showers and basins, together with high-quality Bagno fixtures and fittings.
The tile and bathroom retailer has worked with Linear Construction for over three years and is also part of the developer’s other prestigious project in Romiley. Chosen because of the team’s in-depth knowledge and experience, Real Stone & Tile is also able to supply products with a quick turnaround in order to meet the tight deadlines associated in this fast-paced market.
