£15m sale of airspace property scheme in prestigious London area

The collection of four penthouses at an airspace development scheme Belsize Park has been sold.

Kings College Court is the first airspace development scheme in Belsize Park, with the quartet of homes achieving £15m of sales in deals led by joint-sole agents Aston Chase and Savills.

Kings College Court is a residential building originally built in 1969 that has undergone a complete transformation by developer Pirton Ltd, with a collection of four penthouses constructed as two new floors on top of the existing building using airspace rights.

The existing building at Kings College Court has been revamped, with each apartment benefitting from a new private balcony, as well as landscaped communal gardens, communal areas and a new entrance foyer.
