Homes handed over to Cranleigh's newest residents
Latimer, the development arm of Clarion, the UK’s largest housing association, has announced it has reached a major milestone at its Cranleigh development, with first homes completed and keys handed over to the village’s newest residents in October.
Buyers of new homes at Willowbrook, the 54-home scheme off Elmbridge Road, will be able to move in from this month.
With fittings and high-spec appliances included as standard, the boutique development, which comprises of two, three and four-bed homes, is aimed at those looking to downsize as well as young families looking for high-quality builds.
Megan Davis, sales manager at Latimer, comments: “This is a major milestone for the scheme. It’s been fantastic to watch the development take shape over the past few months and we’re looking forward to seeing the new residents move in this month.
“Willowbrook, like all Latimer schemes, has been designed with the long-term sustainability of the community in mind. It offers a mix of seclusion and community, with a focus on shared outdoor space to retain Cranleigh’s ‘quintessential’ English village feel. By offering high-spec homes with transparent pricing, we hope downsizers will be drawn to the quality of the product and the village-feel before making a Willowbrook house their forever home.
“Across the country, Latimer is dedicated to increasing the pipeline of new-build homes to help fix the country’s housing crisis, but more locally, we’re committed to helping first-time buyers in particular get a foothold on the Cranleigh property ladder.”
Latimer aims to help tackle the housing crisis by increasing its pipeline of new build developments, with profits reinvested into building more affordable homes and supporting communities.
