Wimbledon based business woman, Jennie Gubbins, shortlisted as a finalist in the 2019 Women of the Year Luncheon and Awards

Jennie Gubbins, Senior Partner of Trowers & Hamlins LLP, has been shortlisted as a finalist in the ‘Business Woman of the Year’ category at this year’s prestigious Women of the Year Luncheon and Awards.

Jennie is the Senior Partner of Trowers & Hamlins LLP, an international law firm headquartered in the City of London with offices also in Birmingham, Exeter, Manchester, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Dubai, Oman and Kuala Lumpur. The firm has over 150 partners and 850 employees and is ranked in over 90 categories across the UK and international editions of the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.

Jennie has over 35 years’ experience in providing corporate finance and commercial law advice to clients in a number of sectors, having led on many major deals in both the public and private sectors, across the UK and globally.

Her experience includes private equity, stock and bond issues, loans, the acquisition/transfer of companies and undertakings as well as large commercial and administrative matters. Clients include financial institutions, hospitals, health and medical organisations, charities and FMCG groups.

Jennie has been acknowledged in legal directories as an expert in her field for Corporate/M&A and Private buyouts: Equity. She regularly speaks at industry events and has held several NED roles and is a director of the Saudi British Joint Business Council.
