Agents team up to offload £7.5m business park
A private investor has bought Evo Park in north Nottinghamshire in a deal worth £7.5m from Bauland Properties, a fund managed by Praxis Real Estate Management, and brokered by Mark Tomlinson of FHP Property Consultants.
Sunny Landa of NG Chartered Surveyors was joint agent.
The scheme is made up of a multi-let estate of office and hybrid buildings with tenants including Nottinghamshire County Council, Infosys, NMCN and Zeppelin Systems.
Mark Tomlinson said: “Clearly we are delighted to have secured such a good result for our clients. We had worked on this scheme for a number of years, adding to a good quality tenant profile with recent lettings to Infosys and NMCN. The park provides a very good standard of product which is well placed in the market considering an increasing lack of office supply in the region.”
Sunny Landa said: “Working jointly with Mark, we have been involved with a number lettings over recent years at Evo Park, using our combined market knowledge. The calibre of tenants on the park shows the high standard of accommodation we have been dealing with, and we look forward to working with growing firms to help them grow on Evo Park in the future.”
The park is strategically located in the heart of Sherwood Business Park just off J27 of the M1 Motorway.
