Bolton Estate Agent Triumphs in UK Property Awards

2019 has been a very impressive year for Cardwells Estate Agents! They were nominated for three separate awards, two from the British Property Awards under the categories of Estate Agents (Regional) and Estate Agents in North West (Manchester.) And one award from UK Property Awards in the category of Best Estate Agency Greater Manchester. And thanks to their high level of customer service during the extensive judging period which included mystery shopper experiences, they have proudly won all three awards they were nominated for! After hearing news of these accolades, Andrew Cardwell, Managing Director of Cardwells Estate Agents said, “It has been wonderful for the company to be recognised as not only the best estate agent in Bolton, but also the best estate agency in Greater Manchester. We realise that such accolades and titles are subjective, but to say that Richard (my father, and founder of the company) and I are proud of our colleagues would be a huge understatement.
We have known our colleagues are the best in the industry, not just in our region, for years. We appreciate how good they are, and how lucky we are to work alongside them. Cardwells won the UK Property Awards in the category of Best Estate Agency Greater Manchester.

The UK Awards are actually a part of the International Property Awards which includes the regions of Asia Pacific, Africa & Arabia, The Americas and Europe. The awards celebrate the very best projects and professionals in the industry. Over 200 entries were scrutinised by the judging committee chaired by four UK Lords and over 80 industry professionals.

Stuart Shield, President of the International Property Awards said “Once again the United Kingdom property professionals have excelled in every single category. I very much look forward to seeing how many coveted ‘World’s Best’ titles the UK can achieve against the strong competition from across the globe in December.”

They have also been awarded the gold for Estate Agents in Bolton and silver in Estate Agents in North West (Manchester) in the British Property Awards.

The British Property Awards are one of the most inclusive estate agency awards as unlike many other they don’t charge to enter. This means that the awards are structured in a way that ensures maximum participation, which is on average 90% of agents on a local level.

In order to win, Cardwells (and the other nominees) had to go through a set of 25 different criteria which tested and provided a balanced view on their customer service levels. The judging criteria is both comprehensive and detailed exploring different mediums, scenarios and time periods to ensure that all agents have been rigorously and fairly judged.

Robert McLean from The British Property Awards said “Our awards has been specially designed to be attainable to all agents, removing common barriers to entry, such as cost, to ensure that we have the most inclusive awards. Our award has also been designed to remove any opportunity for bias or manipulation.

If an agent has been attributed with one of our awards, it is simply down to the fantastic customer service levels that they have demonstrated across a prolonged period of time. Cardwells should be proud that their customer service levels provide a benchmark for their local, regional and national competition“.
