Six-figure contracts win for Leeds engineers sparks recruitment drive
Leeds civil and engineering specialists RWO Associates has won several new house building projects.
The Park Place based firm, which provides locally based technical engineering services and expertise, has won an undisclosed six-figure worth of work in the last three months.
This includes pre-planning drainage and flood risk work, highways and drainage design services and earthworks analysis for over 1,700 new residential properties.
They are all being built by Persimmon Homes, Gleeson Homes, Barratt Homes, Harron Homes and Mulgrave Property Group across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.
RWO Associates’ managing director, Ross Oakley, said: “The opportunity to provide services and expertise to bring forward the development of much need new housing stock, is a big boost for our Leeds office.
“It’s another step on the path to strategic growth, providing a platform for further success and development as we move into 2020.
“It also creates new jobs and increases opportunities for current employees to progress, strengthening our position as a leading providing of highly skilled civil and structural engineering services in Yorkshire.”
The office is said to be recruiting for several new engineering roles in Leeds soon.
