Gateshead stag and hen company celebrates £50m turnover
Last Night of Freedom is celebrating its 20th anniversary with a £50m turnover.
The Gateshead-based stag and hen company plans parties and weekends for brides and grooms-to-be. Established in 1999 by managing director Matt Mavir, Last Night of Freedom has hosted over 300,000 stag and hen doers.
The company is said to be known for celebrity clients and ‘extreme’ weekend deals, including trips to the North Pole.
Managing director Matt said: “Time definitely flies when you’re having fun, I couldn’t believe it when we counted up a £50m turnover over the past two decades.
“We have an incredible team of 30 at Last Night of Freedom who work hard to provide the best service possible for our customers, which I think is key to our success.”
The company’s ambitions for next year include planning for new locations, property investments and potential acquisitions.
