Next phase of new apartment complex in contemporary London borough goes on market
South London estate agents KALMARs has released the second phase of apartments at new residential scheme Queens Road Apartments.
The second phase of sales releases the final six apartments out of the total 10 in the development, including the penthouse.
The Peckham-based development, by local developer Featherstone Homes, is located on 91-93 Queens Road and offers one and two-bedroom apartments with a penthouse as well as commercial space.
The mixed-use development provides 10 apartments over five floors, with a three-bedroom penthouse on the top floor. The 850 sq ft, penthouse at Queens Road offers three bedrooms.
Marc Faure, head of residential development at KALMARs, said: “Queens Road Apartments provides some of Peckham’s more desirable homes.
“The high specification, masterfully designed layout, superb location and transport links explain the development’s sales success thus far and I am confident will be attributed to the continued success in the second phase of sales at the scheme.”
Two bedrooms, along with the kitchen, dining and living area, offer access to a balcony spanning the width of the penthouse.
The final six apartments remaining are said to have a contemporary design. The ground floor of the scheme also provides space for one commercial unit.
