The firm’s success follows a significant investment in technology and training as well as new premises and expansion across the North East.
Bradley Hall now operates residential offices in Alnwick, Morpeth, Hexham, Gosforth, Durham in addition to its commercial offices in Sunderland and Newcastle city centre.
Matt Hoy, director of estate agency at Bradley Hall, said: “This has been an outstanding year for our residential operation, and we are delighted with our latest figures.
“This achievement supports the fact that we have an excellent team which is dedicated to providing the highest quality service to the communities in which we operate.
“Our regional offices continue to acquire further market share and our brand presence continues to grow.”
Matt added: “In Alnwick, we relocated our offices to larger premises to accommodate the demand for our services in the area, which has proven extremely successful.
“Our priority is to offer an outstanding service to all clients across the board and we look forward to continuing this success into 2020.”
