NG seals deal for multimillion-pound regeneration site
Nottingham-based commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors have completed a multi-million pound off-market deal in Liverpool.
NG’s managing director, Richard Sutton, acting on behalf of vendor of Eyre & Elliston, has sold the company’s 14,000 sq ft premises on Bridgewater Street, Liverpool to Elliot Group - a renowned development company based in the city.
The site is located in the Baltic area of Liverpool; an area undergoing a massive and exciting transformation.
The deal follows on from NG’s successful relocation of Eyre & Elliston’s operations into new premises.
David Holt, director of investment agency Whitmarsh Holt Young, based in London, represented Elliot Group.
Richard said: “Elliot Group develops a diverse and exciting range of real estate schemes, which offers UK and overseas investors prime investment opportunities in some of the UK’s major cities.
“Elliot’s exceptional knowledge and experience makes them a trusted and leading developer in Liverpool.
“This has been a fantastic result for our clients and a brilliant acquisition for Elliot Group. I’ve known David for a long time and when he came forward with their proposal I knew we would be able to deliver the deal for both parties.”
David added: “It’s great to have done another deal with NG and for Elliot Group who were able to perform quickly on this important site for the city.”
