Octavian signs JV deal with $50m US firm to expand IT and security services
Octavian Group has signed a joint venture agreement with Frontier SGS to form a multimillion-dollar group that will be based in London and Nottingham.
The new company will be called Frontier SGS 360 Limited and will offer IT and Security recruitment and services.
Frontier SGS is a USA-based business that turns over $50 million a year. The company represents a wealth of blue chip clients in the Financial, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical sectors.
The new combined company will be offering best-in-class recruitment services for companies in need of Software Developers, Security Professionals and Security Architects.
Reshma Sheikh, Managing Director of Octavian UK, said: “This new partnership will expand the capabilities of both the Octavian Group and Frontier SGS across the UK - and we can’t wait to get started.
“Our customers will now be able to take advantage of our combined specialisms and have instant access across to some of the most experienced and knowledgeable professionals in the security and IT sectors. We are aiming to set new standards in our industry and we are pleased that we can do this in our home city of Nottingham as well as a major global capital such as London.
