Significant turnover boost for expanding South East design and workplace agency
Office Principles has doubled its turnover in the past year due to its successful expansion plans.
The design, fit-out and workplace consultancy has opened offices in Manchester and Birmingham, and has further consolidated its business in the South East.
The company’s head count has also doubled; the company has managed its growth by investing in its supply chain and working with sub-contractors to ensure its delivery record is maintained.
Joint managing director of Office Principles, Cyril Parsons, said: “The move to spread our geographical reach has certainly paid off and we’ve been lucky to have the opportunity to work with some incredibly talented people who have played a key part in our recent successes.
“We have a strong design team and some of the best project managers who take a consultative approach and share our ethos that creating spaces that really make a difference can be achieved if we develop a very real and detailed understanding of our clients’ needs.”
A family-run concern, Office Principles was said to be an early adopter of the concepts surrounding agile working.
The company has built up a commercial portfolio over the years to include blue-chip brands such as Exterion Media, Telegraph Media Group, Visa Europe and GE Capital.
