Cheshire Buddies Visit Car Showroom
Local family-owned business has got its 2019 Swansway Santa Patrol underway, donating children’s Christmas presents across the region for the sixth consecutive year.
This is the sixth year Swansway has been on Santa Patrol and this year they’ve donated over 5,000 presents across the North West, Midlands and Cumbria. Local car dealership, Crewe Volkswagen invited Cheshire Buddies down to their Weston Road showroom to present them with Christmas presents and give them a tour of the centre.
Cheshire Buddies, is a charity which supports children, young people and their families, who are living with disabilities; Brand Manager, Andy Poole, and his team were delighted to welcome them to the showroom, with Sales Executive, Martin Kysh acting as Santa, ably assisted by his Chief Elf, Zoe Baker, who also moonlights as a Receptionist at Crewe VW.
Andy added, “It’s been fun having the Cheshire Buddies team visit us and great that being part of Swansway Motor Group means we can go on Santa Patrol. The fact is that there are children in Crewe and surrounding areas, whose Christmas, for all sorts of different reasons, could be far from magical; so, it’s good to be able to help in some small way”.
“So, I really hope this helps makes Christmas Day just a little more special”, added Andy.
