New appointment for Stoke-on-Trent sales agency
A UK-based manufacturer of Europe’s largest range of electric vehicle charging points, has selected Lee Burgess, director of manufacturers sales agency LB Agency, as master agent.
Rolec is one of the world’s leading specialists in outdoor electrical equipment. As Master Agent, Lee from Blythe Bridge, who has two decades of experience working with electrical wholesalers, is in charge of a full sales team of 13 agents covering the UK and Ireland.
“Lee has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of how wholesalers and buying groups work.”
Lee commented: “Electric vehicle registrations have hit a record high in the UK, which has led to the rapid increase in demand for domestic, commercial and public facing EV charging points.
“Rolec has a comprehensive range of quality power charging solution products at competitive prices. It is our aim to ensure Rolec has a strong presence in wholesaler branches.
“To achieve this, we have initiated Breakfast Mornings to allow customers to see some of the range in action, offered staff training, and arranged Training Days for electrical contractors.”
Darren North, national sales manager for Rolec Services, commented: “Lee has been an agent for Rolec since December 2018 and during that time we have been impressed with the positive impact he has had on sales.
“Lee has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of how wholesalers and buying groups work, which has resulted in increased visibility of the Rolec brand and its products.”
The LB Agency continues to build a strong reputation for its ability to support electrical manufacturers in their efforts to grow and boost sales.
