Hendy service advisor wins national award
Hendy service advisor Stuart Layton has been honoured for his outstanding service and knowledge after being named Ford Service Advisor of the Year.
Stuart works at Hendy Ford in Fareham and triumphed at the national finals in Daventry beating off tough competition from Ford service advisors from across the country.
Group service director Pete Walker said the win for Stuart was a real achievement and extremely well deserved. “In all of our dealerships the customer always comes first and our focus is on delivering a premium service to every single customer,” he said. “Stuart’s success demonstrates that this is part of our whole operation and we are thrilled he has been honoured with this award.”
Stuart has been with Hendy for the last eight years and reached the finals after being nominated by service manager Frazer Cook who described Stuart as efficient, dependable and with tremendous attention to detail. “We are extremely proud to have the best service advisor in the country in our team,” he said.
Stuart was naturally delighted to have won the award and said it was great to bring the trophy back to Hendy. “It’s a brilliant feeling to have won this award and I’m already looking forward to defending the title next year,” he said.
