Managing Director joins iSource Group to Support Growth
iSource Group, the IT, digital and change management recruitment specialist based in Yorkshire and delivering services throughout the UK, has welcomed Andrew Haldenby as Managing Director to support the company’s growth plans.
As a senior appointment to the team, Andrew will work from the organisations head offices in Leeds city centre to develop the strategic proposition of the business, reinforce its differentiators and build relationships that deliver greater brand equity.
With a three-year plan and targets to increase the workforce by 30 per cent in the first year, Andrew will be looking at how the business can attract more specialist consultants to the team and penetrate new markets.
With a background as an independent consultant and non-executive director, as well a previous position as a recruitment board member with Hudson, Andrew will use his experience to leverage the opportunities that the business has across each of its platforms.
Powering the Yorkshire Mafia and THINK Summits series, iSource Group attracted this latest appointment based on its ‘fantastic proposition and a unique model around community engagement, capture and communication’, comments Andrew.
He adds: “Throughout my career I have taken several businesses through structural, brand and product change which has led to significant growth. The iSource business has significant scope to develop and to use the experience of the senior team it has in place to support its ambitions.
“The onset of technology driving innovation - not only across product and service - but strategically at boardroom level, makes it an exciting time to be influencing thinking, shaping decisions and advising leadership. We have the opportunity to really make that happen.”
Founding Director of iSource Group, the Yorkshire Mafia and THINK Summits, Geoff Shepherd, comments: “Andrew is already a welcome addition to our team, bringing with him relevant experience and a culture fit that makes him a really important asset to our Group.
“We work hard to deliver the best in IT recruitment, a terrific events programme and to facilitate connections that deliver results. Building on this further will have real impact on our business. We have some exciting plans for 2020 and look forward to seeing how these can be shaped as we make more of the platforms that we have created, nurtured and extended.”
