Stafford Dealership up for National Award
The aftersales team at local family-owned Stafford Land Rover are up for another national award.
Having previously been named the Land Rover Dealership of the Year and Land Rover Aftersales Dealership of the Year, twice the aftersales team at the centre are proud to be named as finalists in the AM Award for Best Aftersales Team.
Delighted Head of Business, John Nimbley, explained, “You might recall we had a large and quite devastating fire in our workshop late in 2018, indeed it was unusable for almost 12 months as we had to refit it from the concrete floor slab upwards”.
“Despite this we were back up and running, servicing and repairing our customers’ Land Rover vehicles just 48 hours later and for that we have to thank our amazing aftersales team, led by Sam Booth as well as the leadership team at Swansway Motor Group who supported us in everything we wanted to do”.
“The whole aftersales team went above and beyond what could possibly have been expected of them and as a consequence our customers weren’t inconvenienced by what happened. No team deserves to be finalists more than ours and I really hope they come away winners”.
The awards, which are the motor industry’s Oscars take place at the ICC in Birmingham on 13th February.
