International office provider Knotel leases London office space
An international serviced office provider has signed a 10-year lease on 20k square feet of office space in London.
Knotel, headquartered in New York, leased the Fleet Place space from property investment and asset management company Addington Capital.
The building, owned by Hong Kong-based Ares Management, also houses news outlet CNBC and telecommunications firm Century Link.
The office provider is known for its custom workspaces, which it provides in North and South America, Europe and Asia.
Martin Roberts, principal of asset manager for Addington Capital said: “There is good demand for high quality office space in this western city location and we are delighted to welcome Knotel to the building.
“We will soon be releasing a further 13,000 sq ft of Cat A refurbished offices in March with a further 33,000 sq ft at the beginning of 2021.
“10 Fleet Place is an iconic building in a great location so we are confident of achieving further success.”
This follows news that Knotel leased three London properties in April last year.
