CloudStratex joins ServiceNow Partner Program

CloudStratex is pleased to announce their acceptance into the ServiceNow Partner Program. Program membership entitles CloudStratex access to ServiceNow tools and resources, enabling CloudStratex to accelerate IT service automation engagements.

CloudStratex looks forward to providing ServiceNow’s industry-leading products and implementations to make work, work better for people. CloudStratex is dedicated to driving out legacy thinking and transforming how businesses leverage next generation technologies through its Incubator model, designed to rapidly build internal confidence and drive self-sufficiency for its clients.

The client-side Incubator approach combines IP with deep engineering, change management and operations experience to accelerate successful operational integration. By adding ServiceNow to this model clients can more rapidly integrate the use of ServiceNow in a way that maximises value and is sustainable for the long-term.

CloudStatex’s acceptance into the ServiceNow Partner Program is representative of ServiceNow’s aim to evolve it’s partner eco-system and help deliver its growth aspirations, by working with IT leaders operating client-side and helping businesses leverage next generation technologies.

The collaboration has already delivered success in Munich Re with a new implementation across the organisation.

Adrian Overall, CEO of CloudStratex, explained: “We created CloudStratex to help businesses become fully self-sufficient in leveraging next generation technologies, where one of our key principles is that we know when to leave. In partnering with ServiceNow, our joint purpose is clear: ‘Help make technology work better for people’ and bringing that to life via our incubator model makes me feel confident businesses will appreciate the fundamental tenets that we both ascribe to”.

“Historically we have always advised businesses to be technology agnostic – a tool is just a tool,” says Roger Bennett, Practice Director for CloudStratex, “However, ServiceNow and CloudStratex want similar things and it was this that drew us to deciding to work together. There is a gap to fill out there and it is obvious that we are both dedicated to helping clients exploit the full value of their investments and in realising the benefits of next generation technology.”

CloudStratex is headquartered in London and works with mainly large, blue-chip organisations. Undergoing rapid growth, the company has been co-founded by Adrian Overall, Brad Day, Tony Irving and Adam O’Hare, previous Directors of CloudTalent, an IT Consultancy acquired by Avanade in 2015.
