Middlesbrough office space ready for tenants
A new office space in Middlesbrough is now completed and ready for businesses to move into.
Stephenson House, which is at Riverside business park, has two storeys and totals 6300 sq ft.
The space is being marketed by Teesside property company Dodds Brown.
Stephen Brown, senior partner at Dodds Brown, commented: “We are expecting a lot of interest, especially as there are these range of options.
“The offices are really well-equipped, providing an excellent environment for a business to flourish.
Riverside Park, which is Middlesbrough’s largest business park, has connections to Yorkshire and Tyne and Wear, as well as being just a mile from the town centre.
The new space follows news of Middlesbrough’s Boho Zone development, which will provide 40 new apartments, as well as the new Albert North project.
