Refurbishment plans for Leeds office space revealed
A Leeds city centre building is being refurbished to provide a modern office space.
1 East Parade is 32,916 sq ft, and after the refurbishment will be eight floors - with the whole eighth floor being a new addition.
The property is being marketed by Schroders, which is represented jointly by Savills and Carter.
The office space will be available from summer 2020.
The refurbishment will include a new reception area, leading to renewed offices on the upper floors, as well as contemporary common areas and new floor by floor air conditioning.
Patrick Carter, director in the office agency team at Savills Leeds, commented: “1 East Parade is a landmark building in the heart of Leeds and we are looking forward to securing new tenants in the newly refurbished office space.
“The significant investment from Schroders has created an exceptional office building in one of the city’s most sought-after locations.”
