Wellbeing concept set to join growing Chelsea neighbourhood
A new private multi-disciplinary psychology wellbeing concept is set to launch in London’s Chelsea.
Property specialist Sloane Stanley has announced that The Soke has signed for its debut premises at 241 Fulham Road.
Comprising five floors and 4,300 sq ft of space, the centre will offer non-acute outpatient mental health services.
Maryam Meddin, founder and CEO of The Soke, commented: “We are thrilled to be opening our debut location within Chelsea alongside so many complementary and luxury lifestyle brands, and working with a landlord that embraces our strong vision.
“We feel the area provides us with an excellent platform, delivering a modern and metropolitan catchment to our door that is actively engaged with both their physical and mental wellbeing.”
The news follows the opening of Complete Physio Chelsea, which opened its seventh venue at 321 Fulham Road, including a dedicated pilates studio.
Hannah Grievson, property director at Sloane Stanley, added: “Both The Soke and Complete Physio make wonderful additions to the Sloane Stanley Estate in the heart of Chelsea.
“In keeping with a leasing strategy that responds to consumer demand and behaviour to create a more appealing offer, we have identified a requirement for diversifying the health and lifestyle offer even further.
“It is great to have secured the debut for pioneering new wellness concept, The Soke, who bring a new approach to psychological wellbeing and personal development, alongside securing the new site for well-established Complete Physio, creating a dynamic and responsive wellness focus for the estate.”
