Another Two Clarion Lawyers Achieve Resolution Accreditation
Legal director Jane Ingleby and associate Stephanie Douthwaite are the latest lawyers in Clarion’s family team to be awarded Specialist Accreditation by Resolution, the membership organisation for professionals working with separating families.
Jane and Stephanie join colleagues, partner Justine Osmotherley and legal director Sarah Buxton, in being recognised by Resolution for their ‘excellence in the practice of family law and in their specific areas of expertise’ which are complex finance work and private children law. The highly respected Accreditation Scheme includes a rigorous assessment process covering knowledge of law, procedure and practice as well as skill, proficiency and experience in specialist areas of family law.
“We are very proud that another two members of our team have received the prestigious Resolution Accreditation – it has become a mark of quality, recognised by professionals and the public as identifying outstanding levels of skills and expertise among family lawyers,” explains Justine Osmotherley, partner and head of Clarion’s family law practice.
“We have long been committed to working in a constructive and conciliatory way to resolve issues facing clients and Resolution has been a major force in driving improvements in standards of service and competency in this approach. Not only does the Resolution Accreditation scheme encourage family lawyers to further their professional development, this badge of excellence also gives clients the peace of mind of knowing that they are in the hands of true specialists in the field.
“Congratulations to Jane and Stephanie – having four lawyers in the same team receiving this accolade is a real achievement.”
